INDIVIDUAL LOGISTICS: 72H SUPPLY

Analysis shows critical importance of individual autonomy during the first 72 hours after an incident. The kit must contain high-calorie food rations, water filtration systems, and trauma medical package. Detailed medication list has been removed due to pharmaceutical security.

AD HOC FORTIFICATION: RESIDENTIAL PREMISES

Methodology for securing window openings against blast wave and shrapnel. It is recommended to designate a so-called "safe zone" inside the load-bearing structure of the building, away from glass surfaces. Use of explosives for foundation reinforcement is strictly prohibited without CD engineer approval.
